We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Monello Tax and Client Care - Call Center Agents. In this role, you will provide exceptional customer service on behalf of well-known brands by resolving inquiries, offering support, and delivering solutions in a virtual environment. This is a flexible, work-from-home opportunity that allows you to manage your schedule while assisting customers via phone, chat, or email.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls, resolving issues with professionalism and care.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, billing, and technical support.
• Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Use provided tools and resources to troubleshoot and solve customer problems efficiently.
Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
• Familiarity with basic computer operations and ability to navigate software systems.
